Simon Dominic Won and Only lyrics:
“Oppa, is work important or am I important?”
Only from the first 10 seconds of the song, we get to know that work is important for Simon D when he answers the girl’s question right away after the song start, and we also know that he prioritizes his work more than anything else, well, work is not actually that important if we compare work with the one he loves. Because in this song, the reason why Simon Dominic prioritized his work more is because it’s for the one he loves. Not only for money, but for the one he loves, it can be either family, friends, partner or even his future daughter, just like what Simon Dominic Won and Only lyrics stated.
“Work vs love? If you keep asking, I’ll answer, I do this shit for women. My Mom, and you and for my future daughter.”
